Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TM Digital's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

TM Digital provides web development, software development, hosting, and related services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any additional agreements specific to your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery
• Monthly maintenance and hosting fees are billed on the 1st of each month
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own 100% of the code, design assets, and intellectual property created for your project. You have the right to use, modify, and transfer the work as you see fit.

Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TM Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
